Blissfully Baked Yogurt
Baked yogurt happens to be one of the soul satisfying desserts; simple yet blissful. Only a few ingredients are needed for this exotic combination. The first time when I baked this yogurt I was skeptical, simply doubting at the simplicity of the recipe, but the result was awesome.It was so creamy and smooth.
There seems to be a creepy crawler inside me that keeps nudging me for hard work at all times. So I took some effort and served it with a few cuts of mango. That's it!......I cannot let anything else overpower the taste of blissfully baked yogurt.
As for now let me sneak through the refrigerator and see if some baked yoghurt is left that will relieve me of my hunger pangs.....

Ingredients:
- 250 gram ( 1 cup) hung yoghurt
- 200 gram (3/4 cup) fresh thick cream
- 200gram (1/2 cup) sweet condensed milk
- 1/4 cup or slightly more castor sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- a few strands of saffron
- a few chopped pieces of mango for garnish
- some chopped unsalted pistachios for garnish
Method:
METHOD FOR BAKED YOGHURT:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, take hung yogurt, condensed milk, sugar, saffron and cardamom powder.
- Whisk them together till smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture in an oven safe bowl and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius or until done.
- Take out once done . Let it come to room temperature and then chill it for 3-4 hours.
- Serve chilled with dainty cuts of mango
